This includes a visual inspection of the entire property for any obvious mold/fungal growth or other indicators of hidden mold problems. We also include a moisture intrusion inspection with our radio-wave moisture meters in all areas that are prone to high moisture. We will check inside the HVAC system & ductwork for hidden microbial growth. Our Thermal Imaging Camera will be implemented in our inspection process to help find anything that is not visible to the naked eye.
Based on the inspection results & if any visible mold or other "Red-Flag" areas are found, we then can make a suggestions to recommend sampling or a remediation procedure. All inspections include digital photos of problem areas as well as a computer generated report.
